FAST have been delivering training since 2000 and have built up a regular client base. We pride ourselves on the training we provide and regularly evaluate our sessions. Here is a small selection of our feedback from learners evaluation sheets and our clients.
LNER use FAST to deliver all our First Aid training requirements, the service is both professional and friendly, delivered with a personal touch and we are proud to work with them.
I was present for 3 days at a First Aid at work course presented by John Staveley-Churton and in that time enjoyed his professional style and his hands on approach to the course. He was an excellent communicator, with an understanding to everyones needs and expectations. He continuously checked on everyones understanding and was aware that people learn and develop at different levels. Everyone I spoke to that attended the course asked me to feedback their thanks to him. I am certainly looking forward to the refresher course that hopefully John will present.
I recommend him without reservation.

All training materials were well prepared with sufficient manikins to work in pairs (Though FAST can provide 1 manikin per student). The training programme delivered to a high standard. Trainer managed group activity effectively ensuring all learners participated, lots of encouragement given to students. All learners given appropriate support. The more able/experienced learners were encouraged to help those that were not as confident.
Excellent rapport with learners. Excellent course confident trainer who encourages learners to participate in discussions and practical aspects of the course.
The learners were clearly enjoying the training.

I would highly recommend FAST, DePuy Synthes have been using FAST for at least 16 years, they are very flexible, a fabulous onsite service, very friendly and very good on price.
Just to let you know the Emergency First Aid at Work course booked for Intech Environmental Ltd at very short notice was very well received. Scott who booked the course said nobody was looking forward to it but the trainer engaged everybody very quickly and made the whole day a really good experience. He’s now looking at further courses to book with us. If you can let the trainer John Staveley Churton know I’m sure he’ll be happy with the feedback.
Thanks for arranging that at such short notice. Regards
